Argentine stocks, bonds rally early on U.S. plan

BUENOS AIRES, Sept 19 (Reuters) - Argentine stocks .MERV jumped 5.7 percent in early trade to 1,594.62 points and bonds rose by 5 percent on average in over-the-counter trade on optimism about a U.S. debt rescue plan. (Reporting by Helen Popper and Walter Bianchi; Editing by Theodore d'Afflisio)
