Argentine stocks fall on global recession worries

BUENOS AIRES Nov 12 (Reuters) - Argentine stocks fell more than 5 percent on Wednesday on investor worries the global economy is slipping into a recession.

The MerVal index of leading shares .MERV shed 5.49 percent to close at 1008.26 points (Reporting by Walter Bianchi; Writing by Kevin Gray)
