Argentine stocks fall on U.S. bailout worries
BUENOS AIRES Oct 2 (Reuters) - Argentine stocks slid in early trade on Thursday as investors worried about the outcome of a U.S. congressional vote on a huge finacial bailout plan.
The MerVal index of leading shares .MERV fell 2.95 percent to 1,558.23 points in early trade.
